Jordan M. Jeansonne is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience both statewide and nationally in the areas of personal injury, catastrophic trucking and automobile accidents, premises liability, and first- and third-party property insurance claims.
Before joining Garcia & Artigliere New Orleans, Jordan defended insurance clients in litigation involving catastrophic trucking accidents, wrongful death, personal injury, and insurance coverage and bad faith. He also previously represented insurers in complex civil litigation, including the Louisiana Road Home Litigation after Hurricane Katrina, and served as first chair trial counsel for NFIP insurers in property damage actions arising from Superstorm Sandy. With that prior experience defending insurance companies in high-stakes litigation, Jordan understands the strategies and tactics these companies will use to fight your claim. At Garcia & Artigliere New Orleans, Jordan now utilizes that unique insight and experience in aggressively pursuing the best possible results for our clients.
