Matthew J. Gustin
Since first commencing his career, Mr. Gustin has shown a passion for advocacy of the interests of consumers afflicted by those who would prey on the less advantaged. Mr. Gustin has advanced his passion by first, advocating for employees who were mistreated by their employers and now, thereafter has focused on advocating on behalf of elder and infirm citizens of the State of the California injured by the scourge of elder abuse. Mr. Gustin has served as counsel at Garcia & Artigliere in matters leading to millions of dollars in recovery for elder and infirm adults.
