Two semi trucks crash in Hamilton County

Archives, Trucking Accidents

Two 18-wheelers recently collided in Hamilton County causing severe and critical injuries to the two drivers and a passenger.  A 2002 Freightliner driven by 58-year old woman was going east on CR152 when she allegedly ran a stop sign.  This occurred just as a 1992 Freightliner driven by 51-year old man was coming along.  The woman t-boned the left side of the man’s truck and caused it to overturn.  The woman’s truck rolled on its side.

Emergency medical services arrived on the scene.  The woman and her passenger suffered critical and serious injuries; they were taken to a local hospital for treatment.  The man suffered serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital.

Florida Highway Patrol officers are investigating this accident to determine if charges will be issued.  I strongly urge the truckers to consult with an experienced Trucking Accident Attorney as soon as possible so the accident can be investigated on their behalf.
