Garcia, Artigliere & Medby’s $1.25 Million Settlement in Tully v. California Selected for Inclusion in Top California Settlements of 2014
One of Garcia, Artigliere & Medby’s many accomplishments in elder abuse was selected for inclusion in The Recorder’s Top California Settlements of 2014 annual report. In the case Tully v. California, lead attorney Stephen Garcia filed a lawsuit on behalf of an elderly veteran for elder abuse, negligence, negligent hiring and supervision by the dependent care facility and its employees. The lack of supervision and care caused the veteran to fall resulting in paralysis. Mr. Garcia secured a settlement of $1.25 million on behalf of his client.
