Tyler S. Mastin
Tyler S. Mastin joined Garcia, Artigliere, Medby & Faulkner in 2016 and practices in the firm’s Lexington, Kentucky office. While in law school at the University of Kentucky, Mr. Mastin interned for Fayette County Attorney’s Office where he gained valuable courtroom experience in assisting in the prosecution of various misdemeanor and minor felony offenses in the Fayette District Court. Additionally, Mr. Mastin worked for Child Advocacy Today at the University of Kentucky’s Children Hospital. He participated in mediations and landlord-tenant disputes to assist under-privileged children and their families with needed legal representation. Thereafter, Mr. Mastin also completed a judicial externship with Honorable Judge James D. Ishmael, Fayette Circuit Court, Division Three, where he garnered valuable insight into both civil and criminal litigation. Mr. Mastin is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and focuses his practice on the areas of complex civil litigation, including long-term care defense, medical malpractice, and professional liability.
Mr. Mastin received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of Law in May of 2016. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Transylvania University in Business Administration in May of 2013.
