Don’t have many details but thought I would share some tragic news. According to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Department, a 28-year old Dade City mechanic working on a tractor-trailer at the trucking company location, died instantly when it fell on top of him.
An investigation says the death was accidental. I hope they consult with an experienced Florida Trucking Accident attorney to determine if they can be compensated for the wrongful death of their son.
