Our Administrative Staff
Jill Mobley
Jill Mobley is and has been the Office Administrator for The Garcia Law Firm since its inception. With years of experience and expertise in office administration, she handles all human resources, finances, and overall general administration. Ms. Mobley has been instrumental in growing the Firm from three to fifteen members strong within the last two years. She authored the Firm’s policies and procedures manual, computerized and reorganized accounting functions, and, developed the Firm’s calendaring and document management program.
Ms. Mobley also prepares, reviews, files, and organizes legal documents (e.g., briefs, court pleadings, etc.) and correspondence, and is responsible for all calendaring and administration of and for the Firm.
Dana Garcia
Dana Garcia has been with the Firm since its inception. She manages all business, technology and financial aspects of the Firm.
As Office Manager she is responsible for all aspects of personnel and finances such as lease negotiations, construction build-outs, employee benefit establishment and administration, outside accountant consultations, bookkeeping functions, insurance negotiations including terms of professional negligence policies, and account administration including sensitive trust accounts.
Ms. Garcia also oversees all personnel management, as well as business consulting for the firm.
