Stephen M. Garcia
 Stephen M. Garcia has specialized in civil trial practice since 1994, following nine years of focusing on criminal trial advocacy. He has served as lead counsel on behalf of disenfranchised consumers in cases including, insurance bad faith, medical malpractice, elder abuse and products liability. Mr. Garcia served as counsel in class actions brought on behalf of consumers against such major diverse corporations as Allstate Insurance Company, Tenet Healthcare, Pennzoil, Medtronics, Beverly Enterprises, Hewlett Packard, Countrywide Home Loans, Sun Healthcare Corporation, The County of Los Angeles, Sony, British Airways and AT&T. David M. Medby
David M. Medby has specialized in civil trial practice, with an emphasis in elder and dependent adult abuse advocacy, since graduating from law school and passing the California Bar in December 2003. Mr. Medby was also involved advocacy on behalf of California's consumers prior to being admitted to the bar as a law clerk for the nationally renowned law firm of Wilkes & McHugh, P.A.. Mr. Medby has been involved in the successful litigation of in excess of 60 elder and dependent adult abuse cases leading to awards to his clients of over $20 millioin. Mr. Medby has also been involved in litigation on behalf of California's consumers against such entities as Washington Mutual Bank, Transamerica Corporation, The City of Los Angeles, The Department of Water and Power and The State of Arizona to name but a few. Edward Lara
Ed Lara has practiced as a civil trial lawyer since he joined the California State Bar in December 2000. Mr. Lara has handled cases in both State and Federal courts and has been involved in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association, JAMS, and several other industry-specific ADR tribunals. John Ksajikian
John Ksajikian is a civil trial lawyer specializing in elder abuse and neglect, long-term health care abuse, negligence, and wrongful death.  Since 2002, Mr. Ksajikian has advocated for the rights of long-term health care residents and their families serving as counsel in over fifty such actions. Mr. Ksajikian’s advocacy has led to the Appellate courts issuing two published opinions which assist in protecting the rights and safety of long-term health care residents. These cases are Goliger v. AMS Properties, Inc. (2004) 123 Cal.App.4th 374, and Country Villa Claremont Healthcare Center, Inc. v. Superior Court (Rodriguez) (2004) 120 Cal.App.4th 426. More

Bill Artigliere
Bill Artigliere is a civil trial lawyer who specializes in nursing home abuse and neglect law. Mr. Artigliere graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and was commissioned in the United States Army. After serving our country with distinction, and receiving an honorable discharge from the Army, Mr. Artigliere attended Barry University School of Law. At Barry University Mr. Artigliere was named class valedictorian in 2002. More
