Jessica Cook graduated cum laude from California State University, Long Beach in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology at the age of 20. Ms. Cook obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Chapman School of Law in 2005.

Ms. Cook joined The Garcia Law Firm in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Cook advocated the interests of indigent criminal defendants working with the Orange County Public Defender's Office. Ms. Cook's advocacy included multiple jury trials which she completed before the age of 25.

Ms. Cook is licensed to practice law in the state of California. Ms. Cook's practice areas continue to advance her dedication to protecting the rights of those who are often ignored by society.
