John Ksajikian

John Ksajikian is a civil trial lawyer specializing in elder abuse and neglect, long-term health care abuse, negligence, and wrongful death.  Since 2002, Mr. Ksajikian has advocated for the rights of long-term health care residents and their families serving as counsel in over fifty such actions. Mr. Ksajikian’s advocacy has led to the Appellate courts issuing two published opinions which assist in protecting the rights and safety of long-term health care residents. These cases are Goliger v. AMS Properties, Inc. (2004) 123 Cal.App.4th 374, and Country Villa Claremont Healthcare Center, Inc. v. Superior Court (Rodriguez) (2004) 120 Cal.App.4th 426.

 

Mr. Ksajikian graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1994 with a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology.  In 2001, Mr. Ksajikian obtained his law degree from the Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was on the Dean’s List and was the only member of his class to be selected to both the National Moot Court and National Mock Trial teams.  In his final year of law school, Mr. Ksajikian won the Intramural Mock Trial Championship. 

 

Mr. Ksajikian is a member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the American Association for Justice.
