
Kyle P. Schneberg is a civil trial lawyer specializing in litigation related to the California Elder Abuse and Dependent Adult Civil Protection Act. Prior to joining the Garcia Law Firm in 2010, Mr. Schneberg litigated bad faith insurance cases on behalf of Tharpe & Howell. In addition, Mr. Schneberg worked for O’Melveny & Myers and participated in the litigation of one of the largest antitrust lawsuits in history.
In 2009 Mr. Schneberg completed the Traditional Trial Advocacy Project (TAP) course conducted by the Los Angeles County Bar Association which provides comprehensive, in-depth trial advocacy training and trial experience. Upon completion of the course, Mr. Schneberg prosecuted several criminal trials on behalf of the Los Angeles City Attorney.
Mr. Schneberg received his Juris Doctor degree from the Pepperdine University School of Law and two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Southern California.
Since September 2008 Mr. Schneberg has volunteered with the Barristers Domestic Violence Project, helping victims of domestic violence obtain Temporary Restraining Orders.
