Kelli K. Johnston Kelli K. Johnston has specialized in elder abuse advocacy since graduating from law school in May of 2001. Ms. Johnston spent her early years of practice advocating on behalf of elder and infirm adults in the state of Arkansas where she worked for the nationally recognized elder abuse boutique law firm of Wilkes & McHugh.
After participating in significant seven figure recoveries on behalf of the firm's clients in Arkansas, Ms. Johnston joined the California office, where she first worked with Mr. Garcia assisting him in preparing for multiple trials which led to multi-million dollar recoveries for the firm's clients. Seeking to further broaden her experience base, Ms. Johnson then joined the Arizona office and once again participating in significant seven figure recoveries on behalf of the firm's clients.
Seeking to broaden her horizons once again, and better her understand the issues involved in serving as a true advocate, Ms. Johnston spent the next few years practicing in the State of Arizona in complex civil litigation. Ms. Johnston returned to work with Mr. Garcia as an advocate on behalf of elder and infirm adults joining The Garcia Law Firm in October of 2009.
Ms. Johnston is a graduate of the University of California at Berkley where she completed her undergraduate degree in just three years. Ms. Johnston is a graduate of Southwestern University where she excelled as a moot court participant and served as Chair of the Moot Court Board of Governors for the Moot Court Honors Program.
Ms. Johnston has been involved in more than 300 actions premised on allegations of abuse of elder and infirm adults in the states of California, Arizona and Arkansas. Ms. Johnston has been involved in actions premised on allegations of abuse of elder and infirm adults leading to several multi-million dollar recoveries on behalf of clients.
