According to Florida Highway Patrol, a big-rig hauling lumber flipped on Interstate 95 recently in Jacksonville. The incident happened during the lunchtime hour, causing a traffic backup for over an hour.
The incident is being investigated to determine why the driver lost control and flipped the big-rig.
