The Garcia Law Firm has recently filed a class action in the County of Monterey entitledMikel v. Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula, bearing case number M-76861, alleging that Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula unlawfully gouges pricing to uninsured patients.
