Two big-rig accidents on Interstate-95

Interstate-95 kept commuters in traffic most of the morning recently.  Two big-rig accidents occurred that day.  A tractor-trailer crashed into the back of another tractor-trailer, spilling diesel fuel on the roadway. The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.  They said both trucks were moving at the time and no one was hurt.


Interstate-95 closed for hours due to a truck crash

A semi-truck jackknifed on Interstate-95 near Old St. Augustine Road in Jacksonville, closing two lanes for hours beginning around 2:00 p.m.  Hazmat officials were at the scene. Florida Highway Patrol is investigating what happened.  There were no injuries.
